Administration of the South Dakota Domestic Business Trust registered under SDCL Chapter 47-14A, for which Finnegan Capital LLC serves as Trustee. The trust holds and administers assets internally to the family enterprise, in accordance with the governing instrument and the written charter adopted for the structure.
Governance of the Wyoming Series LLC parent under a single fiduciary at the parent and a written charter for each cell. Per-Series books, per-Series banking where appropriate, per-Series counsel of record, and inter-Series transactions documented on the audit trail.
Stewardship of the family enterprise's long-horizon assets — held for preservation and productive deployment within the affiliated group, rather than for trading, redemption, or third-party return. Investment policy is internal; no outside capital is accepted.
Engagement of outside counsel, accountants, custodians, and operating managers on a project basis to discharge specialist work where the family enterprise requires it. None of these professionals are employees, partners, or members of Finnegan Capital LLC.
