The work conducted within the family enterprise is performed by a small group of senior practitioners — counsel, accountants, custodians, and operating managers — most of whom are engaged on a long-tenure professional basis rather than as employees.
The firm does not use external recruiters, does not list positions on third-party job boards, and does not respond to unsolicited résumés. Where a need arises, it is filled by written referral.
