— Careers
The work the firm does is conducted by a small group of senior practitioners and a smaller group of those who will succeed them. Hiring is an annual, rather than continuous, exercise.
— Hiring philosophy
The firm has, by design, a small senior bench. We do not hire generalists who will be trained on the work. We hire practitioners who already know it — counsel who have administered trusts for fifteen years, investors who have underwritten in writing, operators who have closed books at month-end without drama.
What we offer in return is the time and the autonomy to do the work properly: long-dated mandates, single-decision-maker reporting lines, no marketing function, no sales targets, and a partnership track that rewards judgment over volume.
Compensation is competitive at the senior level and structured around long-term partnership economics. We do not publish salary bands; we discuss compensation in person, after the work has been described.

Experience running a concentrated equity book at a single-family or multi-family office; comfort with discretionary mandate design across asset classes; and an appetite for writing things down before they are decided.
